[align=center] Rođen 16.09.1925 u Berclair, Mississippi-u. Jedan od najpoznatijih i najcenjenijih Američkih Blues gitarista. Najčešće svira na "Lucille" gitari.
1949 potpisao ugovor sa muzičkom kućom "RPM" i počeo sa radom na prvom albumu. Po časopisu Rolling Stone proglašen je za najboljeg živog gitaristu. A na listi 100 najboljih je na trećem mestu iza Hendrix-a i Duane Allman-a. BB King je trenutno na oproštajnoj turneju po SAD-u. [/align]
